Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs (or any pieces you wish)
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter (melted)
    Seasonings of choice

    (This is what I use)
    Lawrys seasoning salt
    Black pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Italian Seasoning

Tips

I usually make this recipe with only 4 thighs or 5 drumsticks, so it cooks in about 3.5 hrs.


Directions

Mix your desired seasonings with the flour. Roll chicken in the flour mixture, coating completely. Place floured chicken in crock pot, pour melted butter over the top.
Cover, cook on high 4 hours.
