    •1 c. edamame, cooked
    •2 c. quinoa, cooked
    •Ό c. kalamata olives, drained, sliced
    •2 c. diced cucumber
    •2 scallions, chopped
    •½ c. feta cheese, crumbled
    •2 tbsp. olive oil
    •2 tbsp. lemon juice
    •salt and pepper to taste
