Introduction

This salad only gets better as it sits and marinates in the fridge..... This salad only gets better as it sits and marinates in the fridge.....

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 head broccoli, chopped about 4 cups
    1 head cauliflower, chopped about 4 cups
    1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled about 8 slices
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix yogurt, sour cream, splenda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add broccoli, cauliflower, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Mix to combine all ingredients and coat with dressing. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Serving Size: makes (12) one cup servings

    I sometimes add chopped apples, celery, carrots, raisins, pineapple but not all at the same time. I vary the ingredients when I make it - 1/3/18
