Ingredients

Drain completely the can of white tuna packed in spring water. Flake into large bowl. Coarsest chop the shelled hard boiled eggs into same bowl.
Chop into pieces 1/2 inch square a crisp apple. Leave skin on it for color, texture and fiber. Add to bowl. Add 1 oz chopped walnuts. Add 1/8 C or 20 grams tart cherries or raisins to this mix.
Add 1/2 Tbs of HELLMAN'S mayonnaise. Also add 1.5Tbs of Chobani 0% Greek yogurt. Mix lightly.
Add salt and black pepper to taste. I usually make about 8 turns on the salt mill, but I'm not big on salt.
(1/4 tsp is probably too much!)
Serve on bed of spinach, mixed greens, or toasted bread.
0.15 cup Dried cherries (tart montmorency)
2 large Hard Boiled Egg
3 dash Pepper, black
1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
