Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Chopped Onions
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 Can Chicken Broth
    2 Jars Red Pasta Sauce
8 Chicken Breasts (I like to cut mine into strips for better ease of serving later, but that is because I have 2 small children)
    Italian Seasoning (to taste)
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Tips

I will add 1/2 cup of water to the frozen crock pot dish if it will have to cook for 10 hours instead of just 8 in order to keep the chicken from drying out a little on top, but that may just be my older, larger crock pot. :-)

Directions

Place half of ingredients into crock pot and the other half into 1 gallon freezer bag to cook in crock pot on another day. Cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with leftovers for a big lunch the next day!
