Ingredients

    1 jar Marshmallow Fluff (7.5 oz)
    1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
    2 cups powdered sugar


Tips

I've found that refrigerating this before frosting your cake or cupcakes makes it easier, and the consistency will stay the way you need it to be for decorating.
Frozen cakes/cupcakes are ideal for the base, too! :)


Directions

Allow butter to come to room temperature
Microwave Marshmallow Fluff for a few seconds until it flows easily
Cream butter on low speed and add Marshmallow Fluff
Stir/ beat in powdered sugar slowly, a 1/2 cup at a time and increase speed to medium
Beat until well blended and consistency is stiff enough for spreading

Serving Size: Makes enough for 24 cupcakes or 2 layer cake
