Ingredients

    1 C. finely chopped fresh strawberries
    1 medium navel orange, peeled and finely chopped
    3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and finely chopped
    1 can (8 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1 T. lemon juice (unweetened)
    1 1/2 tsp. Splenda Sweetener (or sugar but caloric and nutritional value will change slightly)

Tips

This is good with cinnamon pita chips or angel food cake. Also good topped with whipped topping.


Directions

In small bowl, combine fruits, sweetener, and lemon juice. Mix well and chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
