Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    12 whole Graham crackers
2 Boxes of sugar-free vanilla pudding (make with 1 cup of skim milk and 3/4 cup of plain Greek no fat yogurt for each box*)
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries sliced
    2 large bananas sliced
1 can of pineapple tidbits, drained well
1 cup of flaked raw coconut
2 cups of lite whipped topping

In a 9 x 12 in. baking dish (I like glass dish so you can see the layers), break Graham crackers on perforated lines and line the bottom of the pan.
Start layering pudding then fruit then Graham crackers again until done three times.
Top with whipped topping and finish with coconut generously on top.
