Ingredients

    2 cups of Salsa
    6 Chicken Thigh/Breast or 15oz of chicken (No skin, no bone)
    2 cups dry Great Northern Bean
    8 cups of tap water
    2 tsp cumin
    3tbsp Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix 3 tbsp

    Optional: Avacado.

Tips

When you're done cooking before eating, try adding diced avocado. Oh sooo yummy!


Directions

Cook chicken first thing. Add ingredients into a large pot and let it simmer on the stove top for a few hours or until the beans are cooked through. Though, when using dry beans, it's probably best to make this overnight in a slow cooker.
