Ingredients

4 large day old hard rolls, cut in 1" cubes
    1/4 C Grapeseed oil
1 Tbs Garlic red wine vinegar
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 roma tomatoes (use more!)
    1/2 can black olives, sliced

Tips

Some people toast bread. I just don't like a crouton salad.

Directions

Cut up rolls. Mix oil, vinegar, spices and flavoring. Drizzle over rolls and rub in well. Peel tomatoes and squeeze juice over bread. Cut tomatoes, slice olive and mix all together
