Introduction

This chili is so delicious, I had to make a double batch since my husband loved it so much. He kept snacking on it. I needed to make sure I at least got 3 servings out of it. I named it for my niece since she was the one who made it up. It is super easy, delicious and I don't even miss having it with sour cream or cheese on the top!!! Ingredients


    1 can Black beans 15 oz juice and all
    1 can kidney beans 15 oz juice and all
    28 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and green chilies
    1.2 lbs of ground turkey
    1 package of McCormick Chili seasoning
    Small onion

Directions

brown meat with chopped onion, add chili powder to the meat to season and salt and pepper to taste. In large pot add all ingredients and cooked ground turkey. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 min. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings of 1 cup each
