    Ingredients:

    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup
    *Mozzrella Cheese, Part Skim, 2 oz
    Parkay, Original Spread Margarine, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    Egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup
    bell peppers green and red 1/2 cup sauteed with onions till tendered
    onion chopped small, 1/2 cup, sauteed in pam spray
    add salt, pepper, thyme,garlic powder to taste

Directions

saute onions, set aside. cut potatoes into french fries, boil for 10 mins. strain, pour into a casserole dish, add onions, milk and cheese. (save 1/4 cup cheddar,for top of dish) mix well, add seasonings, mix well, add egg whites, mix very well. sprinkle saved cheese on top of dish.cover dish..bake at 375 for 35 mins. uncover bake another 10 mins, or until browned some on top.

Serving Size: divide into 6 even servings
