Ingredients

    Half a honeydew melon
    The juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tbs fresh mint

Tips

I also added zest of the lemon and it turned out pretty good.


Directions

Blend melon, lemon juice and fresh mint until it's soupy. Serve it as an appetizer in a bowl or in a long glass as a smoothie. Enjoy!
