Ingredients

1 cup of eggbeaters
1 C applesauce
5 tsp baking soda dissolved in 2 C boiling water
1 qt low fat buttermilk
2 C bran flakes
4 C high fiber all-bran
1 C unprocessed bran
5 C flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 C Splenda brown sugar blend
may add raisins dates or nuts, up to 2 C each
Directions
Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water. Mix all ingredients together (mix well) and put into a large conainer with well sealing lid. Refriderate for 24 hours before baking. Bake at 250 degrees in large or Reg muffin tins for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
