These brownies are tender, cake-like, moist and delicious. Use an 8X8 pan or they may be too flat for your liking. The original recipe calls for grade seed oil, which is didn't have on hand. Ingredients

    chocolate chips
    coconut flour
    salt
    baking soda
    eggs
    honey
    olive oil
    vanilla extract
    walnuts

Tips

The batter will be thinner than brownie batter usually is. Use the correct size pan or these may turn out flat. This is more like a snacking cake/bar than a brownie.


Directions

Oven 350. Grease 8x8 Pan. Pulse 1/2 cup chocolate in food processor until texture of coarse sand. Pulse in the coconut flour, salt and baking soda. Pulse in the eggs, honey, oil, and vanilla. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup chocolate chips and walnuts over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
