    4 organic cucumbers
    4 ripe organic tomatoes
    1 small red onion
    1/2 C raw apple cider vinegar
    fresh basil or cilantro

Tips

OPTIONAL: fresh basil or cilantro, to taste


Directions

Chop all ingredients and mix together well.
