Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 93% lean - 1 lb.
    ROTEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies - 1 can
    Publix Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth - 1 16 oz carton
    Red Onion Raw - .50 cup
    Celery - 2 stalk chopped
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning - 3.5 tsp
    water - 1 cup


Directions

Cook Ground Turkey with diced onion and celery. Add Taco Seasoning and one cup of water. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Pour Turkey into Crock Pot, add Chicken Broth, 1 can To-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green
Chilies and 1 bag Publix Vegetable Soup Mix.

Serving Size: Makes 4 quarts or 16 1 cup servings
