Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 3 cup, halves
    Pineapple, fresh, half fruit
    Large Cantaloupe, fresh, half fruit
    Large Honeydew Melon, fresh, half fruit
    Raspberries, fresh, 1 cup

Tips

Optional: Kiwi, Clementines, Bing Cherries are also excellent fruit to add to this mix. You may also sprinkle sugar or use a Simple Syrup (water and dissolved cane sugar, it can also be purchased in the Alcohol Section of Grocery stores where you find other syrups like grenadine) You can do this if you wish for a syrup based sweetener to the salad. This recipe only includes the nutritional values of the fruit itself.


Directions

Wash and Chop the Strawberries, Melons, and Pineapple into large bite size cubes or balls, add blueberries and raspberries and toss to mix
