    1 cqn black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1 cup quinoa cooked per instructions
    juice of 1 lime
    3 tbsps olive oil
    5 tbsps pace salsa
    1 jalapeno
    1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
    2 oz feta
    1/4 chopped red onion
    garlic powder, mrs dash fiesta lime, and chipotle chili powder to taste

Directions

Mix and chill.
