Introduction

Ingredients

    4 4 oz fillets of Mahi Mahi
    1/4 C bread crumbs finely grated
    6 tsp grated parmesean cheese
    2 tbsp parsley flakes
    1tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
    1tbsp onion powder (or to taste)

Tips

I usually "slough off" extra egg whites so that there is only a wetness on the surface of the fillets.


Directions

1. Rinse fillets and pat dry.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in shallow bowl.
3. Lightly beat egg whites in shallow bowl.
3. First dip fillets in egg whites then coat with dry mixture.
