    2 large tomatoes
    1 medium red onion
    1/4 c. chpped cilantro
    1 Florida Avocado, peeled
    1 can Goya black beans
    1/4 cup Ken's lite Olive Oil Italian dressing
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tsp. unrefined sea salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper


Avocado should be ripe but still firm, not mushy


Cut tomatoes, avocado, celantro and onion into small pieces. Combine. Drain and rinse the beans. Add to chopped vegetables. Add salad dressing, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir gently, chill and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
