Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken Breast, boiled and cut into .5" cubes
1 Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
1 Cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
1 Cup Peas, Frozen
Seasoning to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350F
Boil the chicken breasts and cut into 1/2" Cubes
Mix with frozen peas, corn, soup and seasoning.
Place in 8x8 pan, Cover with Foil
Cook covered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
To speed baking time, steam the veggies until heated through but still firm. Mix with hot chicken, soup and seasoning and place in oven until heated.
Low Fat cheddar cheese can be put on top, if desired. But nutrition information would need to be altered.
