    Ocean Spray, Craisins Orange Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries, 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving
    Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites, .18 cup
    Milk, 1%, .50 cup
    *Sunflower Seed, Raw, Unsalted-11g=1 T., 28 gram
    *Motts unsweetened Applesauce, 4 oz
    Almonds Mariani Premium Sliced Almonds (1/4c), 30 gram(s)

Tips

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into muffin tin (spray w/ canola oil) bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes. Can serve hot or cold
