Ingredients

    Cut 4 cups fruit and pour applejack over, let sit.

    beat 3 large eggs with mixer, ad flavorings and splenda mix;

    add 1 cup flour, mix gently

    add 1.5 c Zoi yogurt, stir to mix.

    Melt 1 T butter in baking dish, pour fruit into dish and pour batter over fruit.

Tips

Great alone for breakfast, or as a dessert later in the day. Travels well for picnics or get-togethers.


Directions

cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until set in middle.

Serving Size: cut clafouti in eighths
