    one half cup vanilla yogurt
    1 cup vanilla almond milk
    1 banana
    1 and one half tbsp. of almond or peanut butter
    ice
    1 cup water

Directions

add yogurt, almond milk and nut butter to blender, blend 30 secs. add chopped banana, water and ice. Blend until smooth
