    3 Tbs. Curry Powder (or more to taste)
    3 Tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 pkg. Walnut pieces
    1 Cup Jack Cheese chopped
    1/2 cup Light Mayo
    3 Chicken Breasts no skin
    2 Cups chopped seedless grapes
    Beer for cooking chicken


Saute chicken in beer until cooked through. Let cool and then chop into pieces.
While chicken is cooking, mix together curry powder, sugar and mayo. Chill in refridgeratgor for 20 minutes.
Mix together cheese, walnuts, grapes chicken and curry mixture.
Can be served immediately or overnight for best flavor.
