Introduction
I've been looking for ways to get higher protein into my diet and have experimented with this recipe. I use this as a low calorie way to supplement protein in my diet and using egg whites reduces cholesterol intake as well. Ingredients

1.5 cups Egg Whites
.25 tsp salt
1 24-cup mini-muffin silicon pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.
Pour egg whites into pan. 1 tbsp per cup.
Cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place mini-muffin pan in the refrigerator until cooled.
1 serving = 4 poppers.
Hint: If the silicon pan is too 'floppy' for you to get in the oven without spilling, try putting it into a large pyrex casserole dish for stability.
