Ingredients

    4 large Egg Yolks
    1 cup Organic Valley Organic Half & Half
    2 cups Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 cup Greek Nonfat Yogurt - plain
    0.5 tsp Orange Extract, 0.5 tsp
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    1 tsp. stevia Extract, 1.0 tsp
    1 Tbsp. Cinnamon, ground

Directions

In double boiler - over simmering water - Make thin custard of egg yolks and half&half, stirring constantly until mixture coats wooden spoon. Add flavorings and stevia. Stir thoroughly; chill.
Whisk yogurt and custard together thoroughly. Stir in heavy cream. Chill until ready to freeze.
Freeze according to ice cream freezer directions -- about 30 minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 10 servings, just under 1/2 cup each.
