Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups peeled sliced ripe banana (2 medium)

    1 8oz can of Kroger crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

    1 cup crushed ice

    1/2 cup unsweetened 'Simply Orange' orange juice

    1 tsp sugar

    1 6oz carton of Kroger brand Peach Mango Pineapple flavored 'fruit on the bottom' grade A lowfat yogurt

Tips

Variation: substitute 1-8oz carton of vanilla lowfat yogurt for the 6oz cup of yogurt.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
