Ingredients

    Beef
    Chicken
    Sweet Potato
    Apple
    Rice
    Curry Powder
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Salt
    Black Pepper
    Cinnamon
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Cube steak, chicken, potato and apple. In large stew pot add olive oil and lightly brown meat with seasoning. Add potatoes and apple. Pour just enough water to cover all ingredients. Bring to boil for several minutes, then lower heat and continue to stew for about 20 minutes. This creates a broth to cook rice in. Add rice and a little more water to make sure the rice has enough to cook in. Bring back to a boil, stir and cover. Set heat to low and allow rice to cook for 20 minutes.
