    1 Can Lite Unpeeled Apricots -
    1 Cup Vanilla or Plain Fat Free Yogart
    1/2 C Milk


Drain the syrup from the Apricots and mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

You can increase yogart if you want your smoothie to be thicker or add more milk if you want it thinner.
