    1/2c Finely Ground Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Cereal
    1/4c Flax Seed Meal
    1 large Egg white
    2 tbsp (1/8c) butter, softened
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
    3/4c Sour Cream

Directions

put liquids in bread machine
mix dry in bowl
add to bread machine
Setting 10 for Quick Bread
