Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats
    2 Tbsp oat bran
    2 Tbsp chia seeds
    1 Tbsp milled flax seeds
    ¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels)
    ¼ cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup low-fat yogurt
    2 cups 1%-milk
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp sea salt flakes
    1 tsp Stevia (optional)
    1 Tbsp agave (optional)
    1 Zest of 1 orange, finely shredded
    10 hazelnuts, chopped

Tips

Usie fat-free yogurt and milk to decrease saturated fats and cholesterol. Omit or replace Stevia and agave depending on dietary needs.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a container and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with fresh berries, sliced apples or other fresh fruit.
