Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Egg
    1 Package low fat Ritz Crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Onion

    Glaze:
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix meat, egg, onion, garlic powder, and crackers. Lightly pat into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Drain fat and add glaze. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
