Ingredients

    1 cup semi sweet choc. chips
    2 1oz. sq. unsweetened choc.
    1 TB heavy cream
    3 large bananas cut in half
    1 cup cashew nuts chopped small
    3 TB. unsweetened dried coconut

Directions

heat the chocolate chips and baking chocolate over low heat until melted, add cream and stir well. Place popsicle sticks into banana halves. Using a spatula spread chocolate over bananas then roll in cashew nut coconut mixture. Freeze until solid. Not too low calorie, but healthy. Makes 6 servings
