Ingredients

    1c. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free self rising Flour mix
    1 stick of melted salted Butter
    1c. Lakanto
    1c. 365 Almond Milk Original Unsweetened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 cans of Peaches packed in water (completely drain 1 can)

Directions

Blend Flour, melted butter, Lakanto or Swerve, and Almond milk in a mixing bowl.

In a baking pan of any type, pour in your peaches.

Pour the batter on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 F, until the batter has risen and browned.
