Ingredients

1 cup olive oil (or other salad oil)
2.5 Tbsp minced and peeled ginger root
1 packet of Truvia sweetener or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
1 stalk of celery
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Ketchup
Pepper to taste
1 shallot (or equivalent white onion)
1.5 Tbsp soy sauce (dark is best)
1/3 cup white vinegar
Tips
I make this using dark mushroom soy sauce and I think that gives the best flavor.
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a high quality blender and process until smooth.
Add this dressing to your chicken or other meat just at the very end of cooking, just enough to warm the sauce. Also great with salad.
Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups or 30+ Tbsp of dressing. Serving is 2 Tbsp.
