Ingredients

    1 lb chicken cubed
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup green beans
    2 cup chopped broccoli
    2 tbsp house of thang spicy Szechuan sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp kikkoman teriyaki glaze
    1/2 c water

Directions

Blanch all the vegetables, cook chicken, add sauces and water and combine

Serving Size: Makes 7 1/2 cup servings
