Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    4 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3 oz Ground Pork
    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    2 tbsp Tomato Paste
    2 tbsp Anchovy Paste
    1 tbsp Garlic
    1 can small Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, plus 3/4 can water
    1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Tips

Freezes well. Place cooled baking pan in freezer for about 20 minutes then cut into serving sizes before completely freezing.


Directions

Brown Turkey and ground Pork, add onions cook until transparent, add garlic, tomato paste, anchovy paste stir and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce and 3/4 can of water. Place in a baking pan and spread bread crumbs and cheese on top.
Bake at 350 F. for 30 -35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 serving (11 x 14 baking pan)
