Ingredients

    2 cups carrots
    2 bell peppers
    2 cups mushrooms
    2/3 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
    1 packet each of Ranch dressing and Pesto sauce mix
    i can Ortega Fire Roasted Chiles
    8 chicken thighs
    1 bag (10oz) Lacinto Kale


Directions

put everything in to the crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours

Serving Size: 1 chicken breast adn some veggies
