Ingredients

    1 T wok oil
    2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
    1 T minced ginger
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
    3.5 oz. shiitake or white mushrooms
    1 T. tamari sauce or gluten-free soy sauce
    1 T. toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Heat wok and sesame seed oil in wok or nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes and saute 1 minute.

Add asparagus and mushrooms. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until asparagus is just tender.

Add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Combine well. Serve hot.
