Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    36 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Medium Onion, diced
    4 tsp. Garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    4 cans Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cans diced Tomatoes
    6 cups Tomatoe Juice
    1-2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    Salt to taste

Directions

saute onion and garlic in 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil until onion is translucent
add ground turkey and cook until done
Drain all liquid and add to crock pot
Combine with:
Drain and rinse Kidney Beans
diced tomatoes
and Tomatoe Juice
Add Chili Powder and Salt to taste
