Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 c. Plain Greek (non-fat) yogurt
    3/4 c. Carrot-Apple-Ginger juice mix (pre-made into ice cubes)
    0.5 c. Almond/Coconut milk
    0.5 T. Tahini

Tips

All the other ingredients can be pre-mixed in easy-to-blend cups, simply add the juiced ice cubes and the complete mix is ready to blend.


Directions

Pre-juice carrots, ginger and apples (other high fiber veggies welcome!) and store in freezer as 1-ounce ice cubes; add 6 cubes per shake.

Blend with other ingredients each morning for a grab-and-go breakfast.
