Ingredients

    1-1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, cut into serving size
    1/4 cup mandarin oranges
    1 mango, medium sized, cut into cubes
    1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Tips

If you are a fan on onions you may want to add a layer of onion slices before placing the pork chop portions into the cooker.


Directions

Place pork chops in bottom of slow cooker, cover with the chopped mango and the canned mandarin oranges (include the juice). Pour 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup over the top. Cook on High for 2 hours, then turn down to low for another 3 or 4 hours.

I like to serve it with 1/2 cup of orzo (not included in the calorie count.
