Ingredients

    Frozen hash brown potatoes, 5 cups
    French Fried Onions, 6 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tablespoons
    Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value 2.5 cups
    Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 4 cups
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded
    Table Salt, .5 tsp
    Corn Starch, 2 Tablespoons
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Layer green beans in bottom of casserole dish ;
top with hash browns

Make cream sauce of butter, corn starch and milk
Add salt and pepper

Pour over potatoes and green beans

Top with french fried onions and cheese

Bake at 425 for 40 -45 minutes
