Ingredients

    1.5 Banana (frozen)
    1 cup of milk 2%
    2 tbsp of peanut butter
    1 tbsp of dry cocoa powder unsweetened

Tips

When bananas are ripe peel them, cut them in half, put into plastic freezer bags, and then put into freezer to be ready for smoothie at any time.


Directions

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
