Ingredients


    *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 0.53 lb (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, green, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Corn Starch, 0.04 cup (remove)
    *Pineapple, canned, 0.5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)
    *Sweetzfree, drops, 4 serving (remove)
    Rice vinegar, Kikkoman, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.3 tbsp (remove)
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.2 cup (remove)
    Water

Directions

Cut pork and peppers into chunks. Stir-fry the pork in the oil until it's brown. Remove from pan. Stir-fry peppers 1 min., add pineapple, Sweetzfree, vinegar, soy and 1/8 cup water. Stir and simmer until the sauce begins to reduce. Stir in cornstarch as a slurry in 2 tsp water. Bring to a simmer, stir in the pork and cook for 5 min. Garnish with green onions.
