Ingredients

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda (Artificial Sweetener)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Non-Fat Milk
1/4 Cup Low-Sugar Apple Butter
1 Medium Apple, Chopped
Tips
I made my own low-sugar apple butter by peeling and slicing 8 medium apples, combining them with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cooking it on low in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours. After it cools, puree it in a food processor. This is also delicious spread on top of the bread.
Directions
Combine flour, soda, powder and pumpkin pie spice. Combine sugar and all wet ingredients in another bowl and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Add chopped apples and nuts and stir until combined. Pour into sprayed 9x5" loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
