Ingredients



    *Jenny O Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 oz
    Monterey Cheese, 4 oz
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1/2 pepper

Directions

cooking ground turkey, onions, taco seasoning and jalapeno peppers until all pink is gone. Remove mixture into a pie or tart dish, press down mixture to line bottom of plate. Whip together the milk, eggs, cheese and 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Pour of turkey mixture. Add some of the cheese and some jalapenos to the top of the pie. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes for it to set up.
