Ingredients

    ONE CAN OF EACH:
    black beans
    red kidney beans
    pinto beans
    yellow corn

    CHOP:
    red bell pepper
    green pepper
    onion
    celontra

    CUT IN HALF
    grape or cherry tomatos

    LIQUIDS:
    lime juice
    cider vinager

    SPICES:
    garlic
    cumin
    chili powder
    parsley

Tips

This is a lovely dish to make and you can tweek it to you taste- sweeter, hotter tart or just as it is. Enjoy!!


Directions

Drain and rinse the beans. Drain the corn. Place all in a large bowl. Add chopped peppers, onions and halved tomatos.
Make the dressing in a seperate smaller, add lime juice, vinager and spices. Stir until mixed then add oil, Mix well Taste if you think it is to tart add 1 packet of sweetner.

Serving Size: 16 servings Each Serving is 1/2 cup
